During a recent ministry trip, Matthew Lilley received an entire sermon from the Holy Spirit during the musical worship of a service - right before he had to stand up to teach! The teaching has been titled "Cast Down Your Crowns", and he shares an abbreviated version of that sermon on this episode.There is a pattern seen in the life of David, in the heavenly throne room and in the life of Jesus where priestly activity precedes the kingly activity. David danced "undignified" before the Lord, the elders of heaven "cast down their crowns" and Jesus "emptied himself" to come to earth.
