This week I gave myself a pep talk I so desperately needed. Since I'm in the process of cleaning out and decluttering before moving I thought this was the perfect moment to talk about a clean out of your space and why it's so important. I'm finally dedicating an entire episode to my journey of finding independence. It may sound odd to those of you who are naturally independent, but for me it was something I really had to work on. I explain my rude awakening of realizing it was a big issue that I couldn't be alone and how I went from there. It started with really reflecting on myself and trying to face my fears.
