    Today I’m joined by Amy Lee Giannotti, an accredited practising dietitian, and intuitive eating counsellor based in Melbourne, Australia. Having gone through her own person transformation with her relationship with food and exercise, Amy is now passionate about helping others do the same. Amy realised that many of the learnings she had regarding nutrition were steeped in diet culture, and weight stigma and she got sick and tired of prescribing diet plans that didn’t work.
