347: The Myth of Passive Income and How You Can Still Profit from It
27/09/2022 Duración: 29minMany people believe that passive income will solve everything. They don’t realize the price that needs to be paid to keep their personal brand recognizable through books, courses, and trainings. In this solo episode, I go into what passive income means to personal brands and how it’s different than what Robert Kiyosaki teaches in his book “Cashflow Quadrant.” When thinking of passive income, we often think of investing in real estate. But as you buy more real estate, more energy is required to keep making money. However, you don’t need physical property to make passive income as a personal brand. You can sell your intellectual property. Listen in for what I recommend to truly make a passive income. 06/09/2022 Duración: 23minI took a spontaneous trip to LA for a week, which led to recording a couple of podcast episodes, going to an Angels game, and meeting with David Meltzer and many influential non-public figures. 343: Energy that Attracts Success Into Your Business and Life with Nick Cavuoto
30/08/2022 Duración: 50minOver the past two to three years, I’ve been on a journey of learning how to channel energy. A lot of credit goes to my friend Nick Cavuoto – serial entrepreneur, inspirational speaker, and personal branding expert. One of his gifts is energy work – he is very in tune with his own energy and the energy of those around him. Stay tuned for episode 344 for more on my week in LA. In this episode, Nick answers questions like: What does life look like for someone who sees people through a lens of energy first? What does he see most often when working with entrepreneurs who wear a lot of hats? What would he fix if he could wave a magic wand to help transform someone? What did he learn from meeting with a monk? We also talk about psychedelics, affirmations, and more! Connect with Nick: nickcavuoto.com/mentormind Instag

341: How to Maximize Your Mastermind Group
16/08/2022 Duración: 47minThis episode takes you “behind the curtain” so you can get the most out of a mastermind group. A mastermind group can be one of the biggest accelerators of your business and life –– but they are also very misunderstood, mis-marketed, and therefore under-utilized. Here is a sneak peek of the tips from this episode: Show up with the same energy you would if you were the group leader Actively listen during the mastermind call –– look for a spark to act on. Actively contribute to the group. Contribute to the group’s forward energy. Study the transcript of the call, and be quick to gather resources that are shared. Build and maintain relationships with group members outside of the group calls At some point, a mastermind group is less about what you learn and more about the energy you’re around. Channel that energy! There’s power in the group. Save $150 on YATB Live Recordings: You can now get the recordings from the event for $150 off!
