Welcome to "A conversation on Mark", the podcast where we delve into the book of Mark in the Bible and have discussions on its teachings and lessons. This is Episode 7 and today, we will be discussing Mark 6:7-56. First of all, we would like to apologize for the missing episode 6. In this episode, we will be exploring the passages of Mark 6:7-56 which includes the story of Jesus sending out the twelve apostles, the death of John the Baptist, and Jesus' miracle of feeding the five thousand. In the Gospel of Mark, Jesus uses parables to teach his followers about the kingdom of God. These parables, such as the parable of the sower and the parable of the mustard seed, use simple and relatable images to convey deeper spiritual truths.
