Lets Be Honest...about Business!

I started this podcast with one goal in mind: to be honest about the things I’ve struggled with as a business owner. Well let me tell you friend, the last few months I’ve been in a dark place. And I finally said “NO” to my phone and no to the hustle! I’ve already seen a HUGE change in my mental state, and in this episode, I’m going to share it all!

Your business should evolve and grow with you and chances are that if it is, you likely will experience a transition at one point or another...but knowing how to navigate that is so important! In today’s episode, I’ve created 5 simple steps to consider when transitioning in your business.

There is a mental health epidemic today on our country; however, out of these struggling, entrepreneurs are 50% more likely to report having a mental health condition. In the past, people relied on their physical strength to perform tasks like farming, labor, or other work tasks. But today, good mental health is essential for knowledge work in the 21st century. Picture this: you start your business, you're so excited about what it is that you have to offer, you open up an instagram account and you start following others in your industry because "community over competition", but then over time, you see those other creative business owners doing something in thier business that really works for them....maybe a type of promotion, or way of getting thier audience to interact with them, so for kicks you tell yourself to try that too, because maybe if it worked for them, it might work for you....so you try it, only to find out that it didn’t work quite as well for you...
