Often times we look to assessments to tell us what to do with our lives. With the Motivational Gifts there is going to be a certain amount of trial and error. You learn things about yourself in the process of attempting new things. In this episode I discuss using the results of the assessment as a filter for the things you try in finding your fulfillment. Something I have come to understand is in order to have faith in God, we must establish who He is to us. Hebrews 11:6 says, "Without faith it is impossible to please God. But those that come to Him must believe that He is and that He is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him." I don't think this means we must just believe He exists, but we must believe He is what we need in our lives at the time. This is one of the most misunderstood of all seven gifts. There are more opportunities for the person to overextend themselves physically and emotionally.
