Lonzo was heavily doubted coming out of UCLA largely in part to his father LaVar’s comments early in his career but in his 4th season in the league he is easily the X-factor for the New Orleans Pelicans and will get paid handily in his next contract with whatever team that might be. The Spartans have had a very up and down season standing with a record of 13-10 but Coach Izzo and the squad pulled off some big time wins last week against then two top 5 opponents so this upcoming week will be huge if the Spartans want to keep their 22 consecutive year streak of dancing in the NCAA Tournament alive.
