Brian Trainor is a West Point graduate and former Army officer. In recent years he's faced multiple health challenges, including a life-changing diagnosis that made him question his identity as a collegiate runner and triathlete. He began following Jesus through the ministry of laborers who were part of the Army Navigators ministry. Shortly after beginning his journey of faith, Brian was referred to a naturopathic doctor who was able to help him begin healing physically. Brian is a 2020 graduate of Bastyr University California. As his own health has improved, he's become passionate about helping other military members and veterans find the same hope he has received.
