  • How Jesus Completes the Story: The Command of Love

    03/05/2026 Duración: 35min

Love isn’t just a feeling—it’s a story. At the cross, love is no longer abstract or distant. It becomes real, sacrificial, and deeply personal. Jesus shows us that love gives, serves, and lays itself down for others. And then He invites us into that same story: to love not just in words, but in action—towards our brothers and sisters, our neighbours, even those we find difficult. This is the command of love. This is the life we’re called into. If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! We would love to get to know you. • How Jesus Completes the Story: A Sacrifice for the Whole World

    26/04/2026 Duración: 35min

Sometimes we keep count—of wrongs, of hurts, of how many chances someone deserves. Peter did the same, asking Jesus if seven times was enough. But Jesus points us somewhere deeper: not just to more forgiveness, but to a completely different way of living. A way shaped by grace that doesn’t run out. In Him, the story is completed—not with limits, but with a sacrifice that covers the whole world. If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! We would love to get to know you. • How Jesus Completes the Story: Word of Life

  • Standalone Sermon: The Power of a Touch

    12/04/2026 Duración: 22min

There’s something deeply powerful about a single touch. In a crowded moment, one woman reaches out in quiet faith—no words, no attention, just hope. And Jesus meets her there. Not only with healing, but with something even deeper: He calls her daughter, restoring her identity, dignity, and peace. This is the heart of our God—one who notices, who welcomes, and who restores. No matter how small or hesitant your step of faith may feel, His grace is ready to meet you. If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! We would love to get to know you. • How Jesus Completes the Story: New Life

    05/04/2026 Duración: 28min

The story doesn’t end at the cross. Indeed, John writes that every miracle, every moment, was recorded “so that you will believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and so that you will have life by believing in him.” (John 20:31) Jesus doesn’t just fix a chapter of our lives; he completes the whole story—with new life, hope, and a future we couldn’t write for ourselves. Wherever you are in your journey, resurrection life is for you, here and now. If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! We would love to get to know you. • How Jesus Completes the Story: Unity Is Testimony

    29/03/2026 Duración: 25min

When God's people live in unity, the world doesn't just hear about Jesus—they see Him. Psalm 133:1 says, "How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!" But this isn't just a nice idea—it's a testimony. In a divided world, our oneness in Christ points to the One who makes it possible. Jesus completes the story: from brokenness to belonging, from isolation to family. If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! We would love to get to know you. • How Jesus Completes the Story: Love Without Layers

    22/03/2026 Duración: 30min

Love without layers looks like Jesus knowing us fully, yet holding nothing back and still choosing to lay down his life for us. That’s the kind of love he invites us into. This isn’t about pretending we’re fine or loving from a safe distance. It’s about learning to show up for one another with honesty, courage, and grace—because that’s how Jesus shows up for us. Join us to explore what this kind of love could look like in our city, our friendships, and our church family. If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! We would love to get to know you. • How Jesus Completes the Story: Jesus Restores

    15/03/2026 Duración: 32min

Sometimes life leaves us feeling like a bruised reed or a smouldering wick—fragile, weary, and unsure if there’s anything left to give. Yet Isaiah reminds us of God’s heart: “A bruised reed he will not break, and a smouldering wick he will not snuff out.” Jesus fulfils this promise. Where the world may discard what seems weak or fading, Jesus restores. He gently lifts, renews, and brings hope back to life. In Him, the story isn’t over—He completes it with grace, healing, and faithful justice. If you’re feeling worn down, remember: Jesus is not finished with your story. He restores. • How Jesus Completes the Story: God So Loved

    08/03/2026 Duración: 01h29min

“Who is my neighbour?” (Luke 10:29b) Jesus answers this question not just with words, but with His life. Through His love, He shows that the story of God’s compassion has no boundaries—it stretches across race, culture, and circumstance. Because God so loved, we are invited to do the same… to see every person as part of God’s beloved story. If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! We would love to get to know you. 01/03/2026 Duración: 01h29min

We’ve never seen God face to face—but in Jesus, we see God’s heart made visible. Every word, every act of compassion, every moment of grace in Jesus’ life shows us exactly what God has to say to the world: “I am here. I love you. Come and know Me.” If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! We would love to get to know you. • The Story: Why Didn’t We Just Start With Jesus?

    22/02/2026 Duración: 32min

When the story feels like it’s reaching an end, remember: God’s story didn’t end in distance but in dwelling. “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us.” (John 1:14) Jesus chose to step into our world—to be with us, not apart from us. In His presence, endings become beginnings, despair meets grace, and truth brings us home again. Maybe this isn’t the end after all. Maybe this is where God begins something new... together. When we take a step toward God, we find He’s already reaching out to us. As we lean into His love, we discover His grace meeting us right where we are.  Let’s continue journeying nearer to Him—together. If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! • Better Together: Everyone Matters

    01/02/2026 Duración: 25min

Following Jesus isn’t easy. There are days when it feels like the opposition, the pressure, or just the tiredness is too much. But we’re reminded to “Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.” — Hebrews 12:3. This reminds us that we don’t run this race alone. Jesus has gone before us and he places us in community so that when one of us is weary, others can help carry the load. At Community Church, we’re learning that it’s better together not because it’s easy, but because God meets us in the struggle and strengthens us through one another. • Better Together: We’ve Got a Crisis

    04/01/2026 Duración: 32min

The Promise of the new economy is that in God’s Kingdom, nothing surrendered is ever wasted. In Jesus, even our dying-to-self becomes the seed of a bigger, more beautiful life for many. “Very truly I tell you, unless a grain of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds.” — John 12:24. In the economy of Jesus, loss is not the last word. Letting go of control, status, or security for love’s sake feels like a kind of dying, but God is quietly turning that hidden surrender into a harvest of justice, mercy, and new community. What if the “new economy” God is inviting us into is one where: generosity replaces competition, shared tables replace isolated success, and faith, not fear, sets the budget of our lives? As we step into this new year, may we dare to plant our small seeds—our time, our gifts, our resources, our stories—trusting that Jesus is already preparing a harvest far beyond what we can see. If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! We wo

  • The Promise of Christmas: Love

    21/12/2025 Duración: 31min

In Luke 1:45, it is written: “Blessed is she who has believed that the Lord would fulfil his promises to her!” Mary’s joy came from her trust in God’s promise. This Christmas, may we find our joy in knowing that God’s love is faithful and His promises never fail. Even in waiting, even in uncertainty—joy is born when faith takes root. As we move through Advent, may our hearts, like Mary’s, be open to saying “yes” to the promises of God. If you are new to Community Church, WELCOME! We would love to get to know you.
