In the miracle known as the Feeding of the 5,000, God's word teaches us some rich lessons about how God intends to use us to meet the needs of others, just the way He stepped in to meet our greatest needs through His personal sacrifice.

As Luke juxtaposes the sending of Jesus' disciples out into their home region for ministry with Herod's questions of who Jesus is, we find some important lessons about how each of us has an account to give.
