I wasn’t going to read this writing today. I was going to skip it because I didn’t feel connected to it. However the universe has a funny way of showing up for you. Needless to say I feel there is story behind it now and I am so happy it showed up. It’s about a lotus flower who comes from dirt and darkness to reveal the most beautiful of all the blooms. Society is always telling us that we need more of everything. Today I talk about how to discern if that is the truth or a story we are telling ourselves. I also ask you to join me in the 60 day creative challenge. Pick something creative to do for 60 days for 10 mins a day. Simple!! Going public can be a bit of a scary thing. And that is what I intend to do tomorrow!! Learning to go with the flow over here and realizing that fear marks the spot. That creativity can morph and change all the time. Nothing is static. Ever......I’m also reading my poem called Slow Down Darling. One of my all time faves and a super sweet reminder. A little reading of my inspired words. I wrote this in March of 2018 realizing that I was standing in the middle of a crossroad. I had the ability to start living from the most sensitive authentic place and I was ready. Ready to start speaking my truth straight from my heart and living it every step of the way. My words of encouragement for you are to create no matter what. “Don’t die with forgotten gold in your belly” don’t wait until it’s too late to make some creative moves. Love to you all

This sweet little episode of the Creative Journey hosts my writing on Boundaries. As I moved through the end of 2017 coming into 2018 I realized that I had to shore up my boundaries to help me heal and become a stronger person.
