To preview, I talked with Emma Arian, director, Vermont Brewers Association and Hannah Goldman, marketing and promotion manager. We got as far as revealing the beers - but tune in next week for that. Tracy had a great test kitchen - her own - cooking for her kids. We caught up with Tracy as she was setting up for a busy evening making lots of Vermonters happy.

We spent a great week at the New England Food Show in Boston with Island Homemade Vermont Ice Cream. We made lots of friends and spread - scooped - the good word to over a thousand industry professionals and ice cream fans who came by. Here is a chat with Chef Paul from Chef Rubber who explained just why our ice cream is so good! Then, in fewer words, we put together two great Vermont tastes - Island Homemade Maple Bacon Ice Cream and Waffle Cabin's real Liege (Belgian) waffles. Yum!
