Is A [Montreal]Bagel Without A Hole Still A Bagel

Challenge - Bagel bakers: Come up with a bagel without a hole to hold more cream cheese and stuff. The Montreal part is even more intriguing. Montreal bagels are a bit of a different breed and very popular outside of Montreal as well. St. Viateur Bakery is considered the leader in Montreal and the only bakery in Canada chosen for this social experiment. Owner Vince Morena and I talked about how it went.
