The Ul@Work Human Capital Initiative Conference On Transforming Higher Education is taking place and they're looking at how the world of college education could be set to change. One person who has embraced the notion of 'dual-track learning' is Hannah Wrixon from Wrk Wrk. She's currently combining her learning with her full-time job and she joined Dermot and Dave to chat about the benefits of a new outlook on education.

She's the star of Netflix hits 'Enola Holmes' and 'Stranger Things' Millie Bobby Brown had a chat with Cathal from the Dermot and Dave show ahead of the release of Enola Holmes 2. The guys chat all things Enola Holmes, Stranger Things and that Kate Bush song! Cathal also caught up with the director, Harry Bradbeer. Enola Holmes 2 will be out on Netflix on Friday, 4th November.

It's one of the biggest films of the year, and could be one of the biggest in Irish cinema history but 'The Banshees of Inisherin' has created an unlikely star. Kate Knox and Laura Byrne from TheSweaterShop.com joined Dermot and Dave to explain how they've seen a massive spike in sales of knitwear since the films release.

After a listener got in touch about their mouthy five month old cockapoo, dog behaviouralist Suzi Walsh joined Dermot and Dave. We set him the challenge. Twelve weeks of training, twelve weeks of graft and the small matter of a marathon at the end. We couldn’t come to Galway and not catch up with one of its most famous residents. Galwegian, TV star and all round legend Grainne Seoige dropped by our new home ‘The Kings Head’ to teach us some proper Gaeilge and revealed all about her brand new doc on the menopause.

Plus, we heard about a brilliant new film in cinemas this weekend and the Irish legend hopping on Graham Norton’s couch.

It's almost race day! 12 weeks ago, Dermot and Dave challenged Cathal to run the Irish Life Dublin Marathon. Well, D Day is just around the corner! So is Cathal ready? The lads also present him with his lovely yellow running top for the big day.

It’s been a permanent feature on Irish roads for decades and the first car of thousands of us. But now, it’s time to say farewell to the Ford Fiesta. It’s been announced that the company will cease production of the Fiesta after 46 years. Geraldine Herbert joined Dermot and Dave to look back on the beloved car.

It was recently announced that Ireland will send their first satellite to space and we might be looking across the Irish Sea for tips. Spaceport Cornwall will soon be launching the first UK satellite using a passenger jet. Melissa Thorpe and Ian Annett from Spaceport Cornwall joined Dermot and Dave to explain all.
