It’s only weeks until Ireland decide who will represent us at the world’s biggest song competition and the talent is overflowing. Longford’s own K Muni and ND are hoping to go the distance and get us to the final in May. They joined Dermot and Dave to chat about their song and why they’ve put their hats in the ring.

Range anxiety are two words that will be familiar to anyone who has experience of driving an electric car. The fear of running out of battery at a bad time is real, and can put a lot of people off making the move. But changes are afoot, Paddy Comyn from the AA recently undertook a challenge to drive an electric car the length of Ireland without charging. He joined Dermot and Dave to reveal how he got on, and what this challenge means for those looking to make the change.

Our Dermot recently found a stick in a box of breakfast cereal, yes you read that right. After he received vouchers by way of apology, we were dismayed to find that they didn’t work! The incident room was back up and running as there’s been quite the update!

It's all about Derry on this year's 'Dancing with the Stars', from Derry native Brooke Scullion to an actual Derry Girl Leah O'Rourke, and of course, Damian McGinty. The Derry native is best known as 'Rory Flanagan' from Glee but now, he's trading in his vocal chords for his dancing shoes. Damian joined Dermot and Dave to chat about moving from McKinley High to Montrose! 'Dancing with the Stars' airs Sundays at 6:30 on RTÉ One and the RTÉ player.

We can't believe this is real either, but the Iowa State Fair in America has a most unique competition. The annual 'Husband Calling' competition has spouses calling their other half at the top of their lungs. In Dave's World, we heard some of the best finalists, and the overall winner.

We all have our ways of deciding, some people want instant discounts, some want to play the longer game and build up points, others want the surprise of scratching a card. Supermarket loyalty cards have long been around but with the current cost of living crisis, we're more reliant on getting those deals than ever before.
