The boys discuss psychological distress related to the COVID-19 crisis, specifically for those suffering from anxiety and depression. We are all feeling the effects of COVID-19 restrictions, and some of the psychological disress can be explained by lockdown conditions and by intolerance to uncertainty. Jeff and Mace offer some simple techniques for managing these symptoms while we wait for the situation to resolve.

Mace and Jeff sit down with Drew Richards and Natalie Whitney (not Stracener) to talk about their personal struggles with addiction, as well as their joint efforts in starting the first Weber County Chapter of Addict II Athlete. Sorry, Jimmy...you took some hits on this one.

From Reuters: Social media users have been sharing posts online that falsely imply the LGBTQ community is accepting of “pedosexuals”. There are different versions of the posts, but most refer to the claim that the community will add the letter P to the acronym LGBT.   Jeff and Mace discuss the issue and provide a pretty lame excuse for being MIA for so long.
