Subscriber-only episode1Tim4:8 says, "For bodily exercise profits a little..." meaning, that if we place our confidence and self worth in our appearance alone, we will discover that it's benefits won't heal the hurt of the soul or bring us closer to godliness. I am by no means saying don't exercise. That would be unwise! What I am saying is remember the small benefits (restful nights sleep, decreased anxiety & worry, etc) and reap the GOOD results so that you can fulfill your God given assignment!
