What we feed on determines what falls from our table. When you feed on the Bread of Life, the overflow of your life will nourish others with grace.

Just as Jesus cleansed the temple, He wants to cleanse our lives—the new temple of His Spirit. The tables in our hearts can either be bridges that invite others to meet Jesus or barriers that push them away. Jesus overturns the “tables” of pride, greed, and distraction not in anger, but out of love—to restore purity and make room for His presence. Our “table” represents what others see in us; it should reflect grace, humility, and welcome. When Jesus is at the center, our lives become living invitations for others to encounter God’s mercy.

God’s invitation to salvation is open to all. In Luke 5:27–32, Jesus calls Levi (Matthew) and turns his dinner table into a place where sinners can meet the Savior. While the Pharisees saw tables as walls to keep others out, Jesus used them as bridges for redemption. We’re called to do the same—using our homes, meals, and relationships to connect people to Christ. The Lord’s Table ultimately shows how Jesus bridges the gap between God and humanity through grace and repentance.

The call to “Go into all the world” means reaching both our neighbors and the nations with the Gospel. He challenged us to take a “spiritual temperature check,” examining whether our faith is alive and passionate or slipping into lukewarm complacency. Scripture shows that we are called to be ambassadors for Christ, supporting missions locally and globally so that all people have the chance to hear about Jesus. Giving, praying, and sharing our faith are ways we actively participate in the Great Commission. It is God’s plan to bring salvation to the world through us.

This series reminds us that God’s call, invitation, and desire are for ALL people. Paul’s own story in 1 Timothy shows that even a persecutor can receive mercy, proving no one is beyond God’s reach. In 1 Timothy 2, Paul urges prayer for all—including leaders—because God “wants all people to be saved.” Corrie Ten Boom’s testimony illustrates God’s love extending even to enemies. Christ’s sacrifice confirms God’s desire, offering salvation as a ransom for all humanity. Our prayers and mission must reflect this heart, reaching out to those we love, those we struggle with, and even those we fear. The gospel message is clear: Go to ALL. Invite ALL. God wants ALL.

God’s invitation is for all people, especially in a time burdened by violence, grief, and division. The pulpit is meant to proclaim Christ, not politics, and our true rest is found only in Jesus. Scripture shows that violence and hate bring only emptiness, but through the cross, God transforms suffering into peace, forgiveness, and healing. Because of this, missions matter now more than ever—we must share the hope of Christ with a weary world. As believers, our calling is not to amplify political outrage, but to be living witnesses of Jesus, overcoming evil with good.

God's heart has always been for ALL people. From the promise to Abraham in Genesis 12 to the Great Commission of Jesus in Mark 16, Scripture makes it clear: the gospel is for everyone, everywhere. In this powerful message, we explore how Jesus entrusted His mission—not to the flawless—but to the stubborn, faithless, and doubting disciples. And He does the same with us today.

God’s invitation has always been open to all people, not just Israel. Psalm 87 celebrates the City of God, where even former enemies and outsiders are recorded as if they were “born in Zion.” This points to the truth that entrance into God’s kingdom comes not by heritage, but by repentance and spiritual rebirth through faith in Christ. Jesus’ parable of the two sons reminds us that true obedience comes from a repentant heart, not empty words. The glorious news is that anyone—sinner, outsider, or enemy—can have their name written in God’s eternal record through repentance and faith in Jesus.

This sermon highlights God’s open invitation to all people, beginning with Israel’s history but extending beyond ancestry to faith. Scripture shows that God never intended exclusivity—foreigners and natives alike stood equal before Him. Jesus fulfilled the law, ending the sacrificial system and grafting both Jews and Gentiles into one covenant family through faith. Images of one flock, one bride, one church, and one kingdom all point to unity under Christ. The church today is called to live this truth—no divisions, no VIP sections, but one people, one family, with open arms to all.

God’s covenant was never meant to be exclusive—it has always been an open invitation for insiders, outsiders, and even those not yet present. From Abraham to the prophets, Scripture points to a God who blesses all peoples, offering mercy and inclusion to the overlooked and far-off. The gospel of Jesus carries this same call: to remove barriers, welcome the broken, and proclaim repentance and new life for all. As followers of Christ, we are links in an unbroken chain, entrusted to carry God’s inclusive promise forward to “those not yet here.”

This message centers on God’s mercy and grace—defining them clearly and showing how they’re meant to be received and shared. Mercy is not getting what we deserve; grace is receiving what we don’t deserve. Both are gifts from God, and both should shape our attitude toward others, even those we struggle to love.

God’s heart has always been for everyone—not just for insiders. Isaiah 49 shows that God's mission was never small; He sent Jesus as a light for all people, especially those who feel forgotten or unworthy. Just like a lighthouse shines for every ship, God’s salvation is for all, reaching across every barrier. As followers of Jesus, we’re now called to carry that light—through our actions, our words, and our invitations. Let’s be the ones who welcome others and reflect the truth that Jesus is for everyone, everywhere.

God's promise to Abraham was always meant for all people—not just a select group. Through Jacob’s dream of the stairway to heaven and Jesus' own words in John 1, we see that Christ Himself is the bridge between heaven and earth. Jesus removes all barriers, making the gospel open and available to everyone, regardless of background. As His Church, we are called to reflect that same openness—welcoming all without gatekeeping or exclusivity. The message challenges us to live out the truth that the stairway is open and the invitation to know God is for everyone.

James 1:19–25 urges believers to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger, allowing God’s Word to take root and produce real change. Simply hearing the Word without living it out is self-deception, like forgetting your reflection in a mirror. To be transformed, we must humbly receive God’s Word, let it confront us, and actively obey it. When our hearts are fertile and obedient, God blesses us and uses us to reflect His righteousness in the world.

This service is an example of what it means to be the active Church. Jesus gave the Church both vision (a Kingdom open to all) and mission (to call people to repentance and belief). That mission is still ours today—to know, live, and spread the Word. The cross stands as both a symbol and an invitation: to stay present, united, and committed to being the Church in both joyful and difficult moments.

Salvation in Jesus can only happen when the good news is preached. Evangelism is not a rare gift or foreign mission, but a normal, urgent part of following Jesus - wherever we go. Will you give of yourself so souls might be saved?

In John 12:1–8, Mary pours expensive perfume on Jesus’ feet in a bold and costly act of worship, showing that true love for Jesus often looks extravagant or even foolish to the world. This story challenges us to consider whether our lives reflect sacrificial devotion or merely surface-level faith. While Judas criticizes Mary, revealing how easy it is to fake love for Jesus, she models wholehearted surrender. True worship may seem wasteful, but it’s the only fitting response to the worth of King Jesus.
