We used rum, vodka, gin, tequila, triple sec, sweet and sour mix, and instead of coke we used cranberry juice making them Long Beach Tea's as opposed to Long Island Ice Tea's. "Drink of the Day" - Strawberry Basil Bubbly With this drink we first made a strawberry puree by blending strawberries and then adding some sugar and water. Next, we muddled the puree, some basil, and lemon in the shaker. We then filled the shaker with Belrose Vodka, which is a vodka made from grapes. From there we filled our glass 3/4 of the way and topped it off with Baumann Estates Cremant Chardonnay. It should blend really nicely leaving you with a nice layered look. We used Old Forester Whiskey and Beaujolais-Village red wine.
