  • Episode 8: Guard Your Minds - Prevent The Weeds

    24/02/2017 Duración: 11min

Does it really matter what we store up in our minds? Our surroundings have played an enormous part in forming our usual opinions and judgements. In light of this, it is now left to us as individuals to take care of what we let in, and how they are placed strategically to avoid any weeds (unwanted elements that can negatively affect our way of life).  The mind must be clean and organised in order to be productive, as it is what we let in that forms our opinions, beliefs and judgements. If there's ever going to be substantial progress in our lives, the mind must be guarded and well looked after.  "We are what we think", the famous words by the well renowned Earl Nightingale; you are really what's inside. • Episode 6: Telling People What To Do vs Showing Them What Worked For You

    17/02/2017 Duración: 11min

Teach principles and give people the opportunity to develop their own expertise rather than tell them exactly what to do–we are all different people and have different abilities on making things work. As they develop the expertise and credibility on a particular niche, they are certain to discover other ways to do it even better and faster; eventually getting better results in a shorter time frame. We all come from one vine, but we are different branches, which grow out from the same source. So, in as much as we have similar features, our talents and abilities are unique to our genetic make-up. Now, that is undisputed as well as incomprehensible, but in the end, that's what makes the world the best place to thrive; for no one has the same structure when it comes to abilities and talents. Therefore, "Live-Real" and "Free" but with "Purpose"....Because in the end, that's what counts–DO WHAT WORKS FOR YOU!!

  • Episode 4: The Active Power of Gratitude

    10/02/2017 Duración: 16min

The transformative power of gratitude cannot be underestimated; it can be likened to the blossoming of a desert crocus just after rainfall. Gratitude creates a platform to express love unconsciously and yet, effectively. This expression bears the mark of the greatest form of appreciation. It generates a two-edged effect of sweetness and healing to the soul. But, while we may acknowledge gratitude's many benefits, it can still be difficult to sustain. So many of us are trained to notice what is broken, undone or lacking in our lives. For gratitude to meet its full healing potential in our lives, it needs to become more than just a Thanksgiving word. We need to learn a new way of looking at things, a new habit, and that can take some time. That's why practising gratitude makes so much sense. When we practice giving thanks for all we have, instead of complaining about what we lack, we give ourselves the chance to see all of life as an opportunity and a blessing.

  • Episode 2: Enough of the Planning-Take Action

    03/02/2017 Duración: 19min

Have you noticed that whenever a new challenge surfaces, it always looks strong-big, strange and scary? However, when you spend time to take a closer look, you realise that you can actually face it, so instead of running away you stand there and embrace that fear. Because it is NOTHING….It is never there, it doesn't exits. The reason why it seems to be there is because we are yet to face it. Fear is our own creation, it's the image we design and that's what we see. In view of this, we lose consistency and discipline becomes secondary. And if we don't have consistency in all of your disciplines, in all that we do, we quickly grow and get out there fast and begin our journey, but without developing the right character traits, the patience, the persistence, the right attitude, the race will end as quickly as it started. Challenge  your fears and win the battle, carry on and never look back. Remember, enough with the planning, set a date and execute. TAKE ACTION!

  • Episode 1: Change the Stimulus for Growth

    30/01/2017 Duración: 10min

The place of growth happens when you are down and buried-in pain and struggles; be patient and have faith because your character is being built! The thought of growth and pain working together is scary hence the reason we still complain when we pass through rough times. If the struggles and sufferings make us stronger, why then do we allow these situation suppress and put us down? Change is a path of life - we hear this all the time. The essence of Change is growth, maturity and character building are the benefits. In the end you become a better version of you. The decision to change the little things underscores the kind of impact we make to the world around. We are reminded that The big entities are formed by the little elements and without the little elements acting as the structure and the glue, which represents the attributes such as patience, confidence, faith and courage, the image we seek to create will always remain imaginary.
