A.d.d. Comedy With Dave Razowsky

Dorian Frankel is an actor and a casting director. Included in the television shows she has cast are “Parks and Recreation,” “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” “Eagleheart,” and “Maron.” She’s also worked as a casting assistant on “The Office,” “Talladega Nights…,” “Arrested Development,” among others.

For 11 years Tony Thaxton was the drummer for the band “Motion City Soundtrack.” In 2013 he left the world of rock and roll and started the “Feliz Navipod,” a year round Christmas themed comedy podcast. Tony also co-hosts the podcast “U Two Talkin’ U2 to Me Too? Yes.,” a podcast where they talk about the podcast “”U Talkin’ U2 To Me?”. Thaxton has also been drumming for the band “The Pride of Erie PA,” and writing his own songs.

Alan Myerson. Alan is an Emmy-nominated director who in 1963 founded San Francisco’s political sketch companyThe Committee. Alan directed the movie Steelyard Blues (starring Jane Fonda and Donald Sutherland), and on television Friends, Ellen, Laverne & Shirley, The Larry Sanders Show, NewsRadio, Miami Vice, among many others.

Ian Deitchman, with longtime writing partner Kristin Rusk Robinson, was most recently a writer on the acclaimed NBC series PARENTHOOD and co-wrote the screenplay for the Warner Bros. film LIFE AS WE KNOW IT. Ian and his partner have been working screenwriters in Los Angeles for over a decade, and Ian served two terms as a board member of the Writers Guild of America, west.

To commemorate the season finale of “Parks and Recreation,” “ADD Comedy with Dave Razowsky and Ian Foley” is re-releasing our interview with Jim O’Heir. Jim played the character Jerry Gergich for the entire run of the series. Jim has also appeared in “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” and “The Mentalist."

“ADD Comedy with Dave Razowsky and Ian Foley” is re-releasing our interview with Scott Adsit. Scott stars in “Big Hero 6,” which is nominated for an Academy Award for Animated Feature. Scott was a fellow cast member with Dave on Second City’s mainstage, and played Pete on NBC’s “30 Rock.” Scott was in “St. Vincent,” and was a driving force behind the cult classics “Moral Orel,” and “Mary Shelley’s Frankenhole.”

Sunday, February 15th, NBC will air a special commemorating Saturday Night Live’s 40th Anniversary. ADD Comedy with Dave Razowsky and Ian Foley will commemorate it by re-releasing our 2013 interview with 10-year SNL veteran Tim Meadows. Tim was also in “The Ladies Man,” “Mean Girls,” “Bob’s Burgers,” 11 episodes of “The Colbert Report,” and much more. Congratulations!

Chris Tallman. Chris plays Hank Thunderman on Nickelodeon’s “The Thundermans,” and was also a series regular on NBC’s “Thank God You’re Here.” Chris was Gary the Klansman on “Reno 911,” and has played recurring characters on “The Sarah Silverman Program,” and “The Wastelander,” and has appeared on “Community,” “Bones,” “Parks and Recreation,” and “The Mentalist."

Lloyd Ahlquist. AKA “EpicLLOYD," is the co-creater of "Epic Rap Battles" (along with his partner Peter Shukoff) one of his three YouTube channels. “Epic Rap Battles” has received four “Streamy Awards” and has had over 1 billion views. That’s “billion” with a “b.” Lloyd’s solo YouTube channel, “Dis Raps For Hire,” has had over a quarter million views. Lloyd was one of the founding members of Mission IMPROVable, and continues to perform in “The Grind” at his M.I. Westside Comedy Theater in Santa Monica

Jill Soloway. Jill is now a Golden Globe winner for her show “Transparent.” In honor of her wins “ADD Comedy with Dave Razowsky and Ian Foley” is re-releasing our interview. This strong, focused, funny, inspired, and inspiring artist is best known for her work on  “Six Feet Under,” “The United States of Tara,” for winning the director award at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival for her feature film “Afternoon Delight.”

Alexandra Billings. Alex is an actress and singer who is currently starring as the character Davina on Amazon’s TV series “Transparent,” winner of two Golden Globe awards. Alex was the first transgendered female to play a transgendered female on television. She's been in "Eli Stone,” "Nurses,” "Grey's Anatomy," and "ER." She has been in productions at Steppenwolf Theater, and is a teacher for Steppenwolf Theatre in LA.

Brandon Sornberger. Brandon is a writer and an improviser who has been on “Parks and Recreation,” “Criminal Minds,” and ABC’s “Switched at Birth.” He was also the host of “The Soup Presents: Pop Quiz” for The E! Network, and “The Rant” for VH1. He performs at UCB in LA.

Sam Richardson. Sam is an alum of The Second City Mainstage, and has been in “We’re the Millers,” “Horrible Bosses 2,” and the upcoming “Spy.” Sam was a recurring in “The Office,” and is currently a regular on HBO’s “Veep.”

Aaron Krebs. Aaron is an alum of iO, and has been on “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Damon Wayan’s Underground,” “ Campus Ladies,” “Jane the Virgin,” and, the YouTube series “The Most Popular Girls in School,” (of which Dave is also a cast member). Aaron is a part owner of Westside Comedy Theater in Santa Monica, and is a professional poker player.

Ali Liebegott. Ali is the award-winning author of the books "Cha-Ching!,” “The IHOP Papers,” and “The Beautifully Worthless.” Ali’s currently a staff writer on “Transparent,” Amazon’s Golden Globe-nominated series.

Judy Carter. Judy is a stand-up, a magician, and a motivational speaker. She's the author of four books on self-improvment and comedy including “The Message of You,” and “The Comedy Bible,” one of the essential books on stand-up comedy.

Mel Shimkovitz. Mel is a performing artist, drawer and novice mentalist splitting time between Los Angeles and mile marker 31, New Mexico. Mel spent her early years training in comedy, ventriloquism and dysfunction-- confounding and delighting folk on the bat mitzvah circuit of greater North suburban Chicagoland. Spending most of her adult life in New York and Paris, she is the co-founder of the musical art collective Voodoo-EROS for which she curated and created diverse nice items like soft metal records, international fiestas, functional art, adventuresome websites and fictitious communities filled with fraudulent personas. Seen recently on Amazon's TRANSPARENT, Devon Kirkpatrick's MA/DDY, and various funny/sad viral videos, Mel is working towards becoming America's He-She sweetheart.

Joe Canale. Joe is an alum of The Second City’s Mainstage, and Amsterdam’s Boom Chicago. Joe’s been in “The Mindy Project,” “The Desk,” and performs regularly on iO’s Mainstage

Dylan Jones. Dylan is a singer, choreographer and an actress. Dylan has appeared in the films “Ghost World,” “Evan Almighty,” and “A Leading Man.” Dylan performs in LA at the Elephant Theatre, Zoo District, and Antaeus Theatre.
