Debby to bring historic flooding to Carolinas [Special]
05/08/2024 Duración: 40minTropical Storm Debby is expected to strengthen into a hurricane before a Florida landfall on Monday. The storm is then expected to cross Florida and stall near the Carolina coast. This could create days of prolonged, excessive rainfall in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Along the South Carolina coast, places such as Hilton Head, Beaufort, Charleston and Myrtle Beach could see record-breaking rainfall.
