In this community Q&A Colleen discusses her recent trip to Japan to discover the History of Reiki with fellow Reiki Master and Teacher and founder of the ICRT William Lee Rand. She opens the podcast with a guided mindfulness meditation to the birthplace of Reiki, Mt Kurama, where Usui Sensei first received Reiki Energy. She discusses the many powerful Reiki spots that they stopped along the way, including her time with Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai Hiroshi Doi Sensei.
