    Dr. Martin Dicke, LCMS Missionary to Papua New Guinea, rejoins us today to tell the story of Pr. John Mos, a pastor in PNG. Pr. Mos travels from the Papaki Circuit where he and another pastor care for fourteen congregations to Timothy Lutheran Seminary to get bread, wine, and other supplies for the churches under his care.     The Yuyane mission station in PNG was burned done years ago. Pr. Philip is now working to rebuild the congregations in this area of Papua New Guinea. Dr. Martin Dicke was born in Papua New Guinea where his parents served as missionaries. Now, many years later, he has returned to PNG to help the Lutheran church declare the forgiveness of Christ through music. Today, Dr. Dicke tells the story of Pr. Philip. He serves the Yuyane mission station near Porgera, a town in the Enga Province. Dr. Dicke’s father helped start the work there, but the church got caught in tribal warfare a while ago. Now, Pr. Philip is trying to rebuild the congregations of the area and gather the scattered flock.     Since the 1990s, the LCMS along with Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, has been working with numerous partners to translate Martin Luther’s Works into the Chinese language. Right now, four volumes are already in print and available for purchase around the world, including China. The fifth volume is currently in production. Recently, we talked with Rev. Dr. Henry Rowold, one of the key proponents in getting this project in the works. In this, our longest podcast to date, Dr. Rowold digs deep in the work of translating Martin Luther into Chinese.
