Dehumanized is a true American band. The term legendary gets thrown around a lot these days but I really feel that these bastards are just that. Fucking Legendary. Few bands talk the talk and deliver as real as fucking Dehumanized. I'm fortunate to have developed a close friendship with these Yankees fans over the years. My band Abnormality played its first ever show with these dudes. Eventually we teamed up for a 3 week European tour back in 2014. Together we relive the goddamn magic. This is my first time podcasting at the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival at the Worcester Palladium. It's always an interesting event. There were many younger fans going nuts. Apollyon is a 4 piece band from Portland, Maine. They play in the style of early 1st Wave Black Metal. Occltva is a Black Metal band from Berlin, Germany. I've played a few of their tracks on DIPMIX-Summer2017 and DIPMIX-Favorite2017. I think these guys are a brillant band, so I was thrilled to see them play at O'Brien's Pub in Allston, MA. This is the first time I've ever podcasted at this location. It's a wicked small club and this episode is tracked a mere 15 feet from the amps on stage. It's a rather short episode. I hate to be a name dropping ninny but that's how common ground is established sometimes. Regardless, this is short but sweet. I lost my mind to their set that night.
