It's a good way to get some exposure and if it turns into some paying clients, then I actually don't have to worry about getting paid," is maybe what you're thinking. One of the biggest challenges that speakers have when trying to get more paid speaking gigs is not knowing where to do exactly. Well here is a super simple way that you can start doing today that will absolutely help you get more paid speaking gigs.

This was an interesting point regarding a potential solution for a challenge of not being able to generate a consistent stream of higher paying clients.

This is a question I get asked a LOT. And the answer might surprise you.

As you can see I was at the pool when I shot this but I think it's a really good first step that a lot of people can take if they're already speaking right now and are looking to get paid what they're worth as a speaker.

This is a question that comes up a LOT. And actually it's not so much, getting out to a wider audience in general, but rather getting it out to a larger number of QUALIFIED people who are open to working with you. And interestingly enough, THAT answer has to do more with what I call setting some "standards" for perspective clients in general. Tune in to learn more.

One of the biggest hurdles coaches face in getting higher paying clients is packaging their story in a language that perspective paying clients understand. So yes, we get that you're passionate and really fired up about helping others. But until you can package that in a way that solves THEIR problem...well, let's just say it's a lot harder to win games on a consistent basis. The good news? This is something that I actually started doing awhile ago, and I think has been instrumental in me getting the attention of Program and Conference Chairs who are considering having me come in and speak.
