Ciaran Phillips is the lead singer and drummer for the English based band Ocean Vibe. The son of two Irish musicians, Ciaran knew he was destined to use his voice to make his living since birth. Due to a random twist of fate he formed a band has worked full time with it for four years now. The four-piece band contracts their time on cruise ships entertaining passengers all over the world.
