    Falling pregnant can be a time of great excitement and anticipation but, of course, things don’t always go according to plan.   Up to 1 in 5 pregnancies end in miscarriage before 20 weeks, with parents then having to navigate a new reality, far from what they hoped for.  Early pregnancy loss support charity, Pink Elephants surveyed Australian women about what they needed most after having a miscarriage.
