A recent book by Janice Bennett traces the history of the Santo Caliz of Valencia, Spain, believed by many to be the true chalice used by Jesus Christ at the last supper. We follow it's early history from the Upper Room to the hands of the Church's deacon, St. Laurence of Spain. We read from a stirring and graphic account of the Saint's martyrdom from a 6th century priest, St. Donato.
