The Merseyside Derby was called off and postponed for a date yet to be determined thanks to adverse weather conditions which swept through the city on Saturday afternoon. The decision means Everton now have a game in hand on their relegation rivals and remain five points clear of the drop zone as the tough December period gets into full swing. Everton came away from London with a share of the spoils on Saturday afternoon.
