With the end of the year come the holidays, and this isn't always an great time of year for some people in our community. In this episode of Inside the Squad, we are joined by Pastor Kevin Bowers of Bethany Presbyterian Church. Kevin is the Chaplain for the Lafayette Police Department. October is domestic violence awareness month. Our three special guests, on this episode of Inside the Squad, are important and amazing resources for domestic violence victims in and around our community. The Lafayette Police Department’s Victim Advocate Norah Ashcraft and IU Arnett SANE nurses Cathi Clark and Megan Shupe, talk about the facts of domestic violence. They also explain how friends and family can help connect victims with resources to get away from their abuser.

October is Fire Prevention Month! This episode of Inside the Squad provides great information on how you can prevent a fire from starting in your home.
