Jena just won her first fight at LFA and for some reason came on the podcast this week! We couldn't be more excited because she is a long time jiu-jitsu bad ass and now MMA fighters worst nightmare. She came in to talk the fight and beat up on Kevin emotionally in some Over/Under UFC 267 picks. Listen in, she's hilarious and this podcast rocks.

Raf was on the commentary team this week over at Subversiv the Teams Competition and did some amazing work with legends.
