Judge Scalia’s death has changed the 2016 Presidential election into an ideological fight over constitutional responsibility. The Republican controlled Senate have drawn a line in the sand, demanded that President Obama not make any nominations, in violation of his Constitutional responsibilities. In addition, they are determined not to hold any confirmation hearings, another violation of that same Constitution that they hold so dearly. So, what’s next for the GOP/Democratic Presidential candidates and how will they respond to the threat to our nations constitution? Joining me to discuss that issue is Dr. Wilmer Leon and Dr. Johnny Hill.

Since 1997 black women owned businesses have increased by more 300 percent increasing the number of women owned business to 1.3 million. The NAACP is providing new programs and assistance for first-time business owners to fight the fear and launch their business ideas. My guest Attorney Shavon J. Today, Black America is again at a pivotal moment of truth. Today’s pastor’s seem to only believe in themselves and their prosperity ministries, yet very few are willing to sacrifice their non-profit status to fight against the injustices that continue to occur against African Americans. Murder by any other name is Criminal. And yet, over 35 unarmed black men have been shot and killed by police and none of those officers have ever been convicted of murder. Only two, were charged under the statute, and both are out walking the streets. LaQuan McDonald is dead because Jason Van Dyke, a Chicago police officer, shot him 16 times. The Confederate Flag a symbol of hatred and slavery, or is it. One African-American said NO!, that’s not what the flag represented, that’s not what is meant.
