She has taught at the college level for over 20 years inspiring her students to believe in themselves and discover their true purpose. Connie has also coached people for years helping them to hear God’s voice and giving people tools to re-wire their brains so they can control negative thoughts. She put a picnic table in her front yard, painted it turquoise, and began inviting neighbors, friends, and even strangers, to hang out and do life together at The Turquoise Table. As founder of the Turquoise Table and Front Yard People movement, Kristin travels the country speaking at conferences and events with an encouraging word on how to open our lives and homes to others. Faith Story (1:49)  Kristin's testimony is the backdrop and preparation God used for the story of The Turquoise Table. In middle school Kristin was beat up so her mama pulled her from school and enrolled her in a parochial school where she wasn't allowed to participate in the daily church service. Other events developed during those years that led to Kristin walking away from Jesus. Spoiler alert! She found her way back to him after a friend in a foreign country invited her to church and she realized that the Lord had been there all along. Encouragement For During The Journey (9:20)

Alexandrea Harrelson is a young woman who is newly married and runs her own online business. Friends were always inviting her to church and Christian events and she went though she didn't know why. During that time she came to know the Lord and after that the relationships with her family changed.
