It's a story you might not have seen in the pop media. Instead, you might have seen Illinois Senator Dick Durbin railing against Bank of America (we don't like BoA, but that's because, since 2008, the bank got $97 billion in tax money via the federal gubment) as he stood on the Senate floor and excoriated them for charging $5.00 per month for the use of their debit cards.
