He shares his special brand of motivation and how this has influenced his career from athletics to professional business speaker and TV personality.

Friday 16th September ~ our discussion topic is about 21st Century working and our guest, Annabel Kaye, is one of the UK’s most experienced employment law specialists. Based in London she sheds some light on the challenges that HR faces as different working practices continue to become the norm.

Friday 2nd September ~ our discussion topic is leadership and we’ll be talking to Dr Trilok Sharma who has been recognised in the Forbes Top 50 list of Indian Leaders in the Arab World (CEO category) for 2014, 2015 and 2016. He manages conservation projects in Udaipur like the World famous City Palace from the GETTY Foundation, US, and is MD of The Sendian Group, based in Doha, Qatar. Together we shed light on a new joint venture for JFI Research where we start to look at combining Western thoughts (about leadership) with Eastern wisdom.

Thursday 25th August ~ our discussion topic is driving quality improvement in Latvia with Vanda Vaschenkova, Project Director at Eurofortis in Riga and we’ll be adding the extra value by featuring Facebook Livestream on our Facebook page

Our discussion topic is resilience in the workplace and we’ll be talking with Olympic gymnast Sarah Mercer, who represented Britain in the 1992 Barcelona summer games, about how she continues to apply in her business today, the principles she learned from her Russian coach in Moscow when preparing for Barcelona.

Our discussion topic is business coaching and with the Olympic Games 2016 currently taking place in Sao Paulo, we’ll be talking with our guest, Thiago Ayres, a psychologist from Brazil, about how his country uses coaching and training in business.
