In this episode Bryan kicks off Geek Out by sharing his preparations for GM'ing new rpg sessions for both the recently released The Electric State and The One Ring. Mike talks about playing Mika and the Witch's Mountain and how fun it is to deliver mail on the back of a broom. Finally, James shares some highlights from his recent trip to the UK and attending the latest Dallas Fan Fest. The road goes ever on and on, to a new episode of Geek at Arms! Bryan kicks off Geek Out with a description of the recent SIGGRAPH event. Mike describes how much he enjoyed a recent playtest of an upcoming Unmatched expansion, and James gives a review of the Dungeon Crawler Carl series...which he enjoyed immensely! Lastly, in the second part of the Great Adaptations Film Club, the guys finally review one of their favorite movies: Peter Jackson's incredible adaptation of The Lord of The Rings: The Fellowship of The Rings.

After a night spent resting in Ethacali's chamber, the heroes find themselves under attack by the sorcerer himself.

Aradion and the dwarves fight a cavern full of dreadful bats, then delve further into the crystal caves to discover Ethacali's personal abode. 

In the aftermath of a troll attack, the party loot the monsters' lair and continue tracking Ethacali through the Yfelwood.

Oswy entreats the dwarves to help Aradion to track down the sorcerer Ethacali and hopefully find the lair of the terrible Blood Wights. The young Vulseggi peasant Bagha begs to be allowed to accompany them.

Aradion, an elf sent from Rivendell to investigate sightings of an ancient undead elf-bane, arrives at the Tirthon. 

Let's roll some dice, it's an all new Geek at Arms! Bryan starts off this episodes Geek Out with his experience playing the Alpha of Pax Dei, an upcoming sandbox MMO. Mike talks about how unique the game Ultimate Chicken Horse is, and he and James discuss their different opinions of the latest Star Wars series, Acolyte. James continues the Star Wars theme by sharing how much his family has enjoyed a recent watch of all 3 trilogies. In their main topic, the guys share their thoughts on failure in rpgs. They share their own experiences with failure and how it can have negative and positive results for players and GMs alike.

The Easterling sorcerer Ethacali begins attacking the Tirthon in earnest, revealing his monstrous allies.

Aragost and the dwarves entertain night-time visitors.

Aragost and Mhenuk spy on activity in the yard of Ynarri's Drift. Meanwhile, Glock and Mhutvak deal with tensions inside the Tirthon.

Now inside the relative safety of the Tirthon, the dwarves and Aragost settle in to endure what promises to be a long siege. The Tirthon's Captain, Marendil, proposes a cavalry sortie to scatter the attackers before they can entrench.

Roaring back from the past, it's an all new Geek at Arms! James starts Geek Out with news of his trips to both the SCA event Gulf Wars and Texas Blade Show. Bryan tells us all about his new favorite Youtube channel hosted by physicist Angela Collier and his trip to Obsidian Studios. Mike and James both discuss how much they've enjoyed the anime Delicious in Dungeon and then gives us his much anticipated PAX East Report! (Blog post now available on geekatarms.com) Next, the guys take a look at the first movie of the newest Film Club about "Great Adaptations". They delve into the 1993 blockbuster Jurassic Park, directed by Stephen Spielberg and based on the novel by Michael Crichton.

A Dunadan warrior, Aragost, joins them for dinner, having also arrived too late to gain entrance to the tower.
