Chad Hartman and Lindsey Brown in the studio this Tuesday. We open the third hour of the show with a BIG numbers talk with Brian Belski. Plenty of Interest rates, economic histories and holding hands pretending everything is fine. Chad then wades into the recent interview of the White House Chief of Staff, Susie Wiles featured in Vanity Fair. The administration is not a fan of the piece but it paints quite a characterization of the President of the United States. Susie Jones fresh out of her new office joins for some late show shenanigans.

Brian Belski is the CEO and Chief Investment Officer at Humilis Investment Strategies. He joins Chad to talk some numbers. First, the unemployment report. Brian defines the difference between a leaning and a lagging report, unemployment is the latter. Then, they get into rate cuts. Brian thinks 2026 will be year of transition after going through the rate trends over the last few years. They then shift into the affordability topic.

Chad opens up the second hour of the show with a discussion about how things have played out with ICE on a local level yesterday and over the last few weeks. He talks about the conduct of the protestors and the necessity of decorum. Stephanie Hansen joins the show in the second half of the hour to talk about 2025 dining trends and the local food scene.
