This week, Josh talks to Fred Chong Rutherford (Gary from HR, Milwaukee) about children’s programming, puppetry, and Oreos. Gary from HR and Milwaukee are both heading to Toronto Sketchfest this weekend, and both teams will be performing on Friday, March 13, and Saturday, March 14, at the Theater Center.
