We talked the future of training and tried to look ahead (and look behind) 17 years to see what things will be needed to be successful learners and learning professionals and what the learners will expect from training. Then we talked about how we have to look past the language of many books to grab the important ideas that are buried in what can be considered difficult to read through language. Peter Drucker and Mark Twain were two examples of this. There were some other nuggets about the past and the future. Go ahead and listen.
