I am delighted to welcome back multi-talented always charming; Steven L Sears! Steven L. Sears is an author, screenwriter and television producer whose career spans over thirty five years. His screenwriting and producing works include such classics as THE A-TEAM, STINGRAY, WALKER, TEXAS RANGER, SWAMP THING, SUPERBOY, SHEENA, XENA-WARRIOR PRINCESS, and many other TV series. He has developed series concepts with most of the major studios and networks as well as doing consulting work for established production companies. His work also includes digital media, animation, and game play. Chatting With Sherri welcomes back Emmy Winning Producer,Writer and Author Brooks Wachtel! Brooks is a very talented and diverse man who won an Emmy Award for screenwriting for the animated hit series Tutenstein! Brooks is an Emmy Award-winning writer with a long resume in TV and film. Wachtel has written more than 100 produced episodes of television fiction. In addition to episodes of X-Men, he has written shows as diverse as Fox’s live-action Young Hercules (starring Ryan Gosling) and animated hits like Spider-Man, Heavy Gear, Robo-Cop, Beast Machines: Transformers and PBS’ Liberty’s Kids. For younger viewers, he penned episodes of the pre-school hits, Clifford the Big Red Dog and Rainbow Fish. Wachtel's episode, "I Did it My Way," for Tutenstein won an Emmy Award. John Goodwin, President Galaxy Press, has been involved with book publishing since 1986, publishing all the fiction works of bestselling author L. Ron Hubbard which includes the internationally acclaimed Writers of the Future anthology, now completing its 38th year. He has been a board member of the Audio Publishers Assn, a national organization of the audio publishing industry. He has been very active in the Hollywood community, first as as a Board member of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce  and as a Board member of the Friends of Hollywood Central Park (an organization creating a 38-acre park over the Hollywood Freeway) and President of Community Outreach for the Hollywood Christmas Parade, and an Honorary Commander with the United States Space Force.  Chatting With Sherri welcomes award-winning writer Elaine Midcoh! Elaine Midcoh, will travel to Hollywood as a Published Finalist in the Writers of the Future Contest, now in its 38th year. Her story, "The Battle of Donasi," will be published in the international bestselling anthology, L. Ron Hubbard Presents Writers of the Future Volume 37. Elaine lives in Pembroke Pines, Florida. At age 8, she wrote to NASA asking to be an astronaut, but was rejected. Undeterred, she penned her first book which featured a young girl as NASA’s first child astronaut. Yes, the kid’s name was Elaine. To seal the deal she bought herself a Jr. Astronaut medal which she still wears on special occasions. Later, when adulthood loomed, she diverted to law school, became an attorney and spent many happy years teaching college students about Criminal Justice and the Bill of Rights, while still writing an occasional tale.  

Chatting With Sherri  welcomes award-winning Illustrator Jennifer Bruce! Jennifer Bruce was born in 1991 near Detroit, Michigan. As a child she had an avid interest in drawing but didn’t have access to art classes until high school, so she was largely self-taught. After high school, forced to choose a career in college, she struggled to settle into a major that felt fulfilling, but avoided an art major because it felt daunting and impossible. She eventually regained her confidence and attended the College for Creative Studies in downtown Detroit, graduating with honors and a bachelor’s in illustration (and a minor in concept art). She is now pursuing a career as a freelance artist, with a focus on young adult and children’s literature book covers. Her style of illustration mixes her foundation of traditional media with the ease and flexibility of digital media. Her digital paintings combine semi-realistic figures with graphic elements, texture, and patterns, infused with dramatic emotion and narrative. She

Chatting With Sherri welcomes poet Sherry Hicks!  Sherry Hicks graduated from Wichita State University with honors in Social Work, and is a member of Golden Key Honor Society. She was entered into the 2001 edition of Who’s Who Among Colleges and Universities. Attending Wichita State University a second time with graduate studies, she took courses in Cultural Anthropology and Criminal Investigations. Furthering her graduate studies, she attended Grand Canyon University where she studied Professional Counseling. In 2019 Sherry completed a Doctoral degree in Spiritual Counseling. Sherry has worked with various agencies ranging from child services to services targeted at supporting adults recovering from drug and alcohol abuse.
