The end of the year is a great time to reflect. Think back to the previous year and take out the key lessons. Contemplate the future. What do you want to create in the next year? Casper Moller is the Executive Director of Claus Moller consulting. 1975 Claus Moller invented the Time Manager® results tool. He has since been a pioneer in the field of service management. He coined the concepts: ”Putting People First”; “The Human Side of Quality”; “A Complaint is a Gift” and “Employeeship”. Claus Møller’s Employeeship concept has become synonymous with the idea of participative management in Scandinavia. His concepts were used to turn SAS, Scandinavian Airlines, from making a loss to profit in one year. Claus passed away two years ago, but his son Casper Moller has taken over the concepts. I sit down and talk with my friend Gunnar Karlin. Someone that has done the work. That is, he has not only studied personal development but also applied it to his own life. We discuss physical training, mental training and learning from your past. Gunnar competed in bodybuilding in the 70s and came 5th place in the Swedish championship for juniors. Without taking any performance enhancement. He is a fountain of wisdom when it comes to physical training and also personal development. 

In this episode, I talk with Anna-Karin about goals, coaching and mental training. We met when Strategic Tech Coaching was just a seed in my brain. We look back at the goals that we did 2011. Anna-Karin and her husband Peter are working on a big project with mental training in schools in Sweden.

Science proves that laughter is good for you. Duh. I do not think you need science to prove that. You know how it feels. That is why I recommend everyone to put laughter on the schedule. Listen to this episode and laugh. Let me know how it went.
