The investigators are in Nairobi, looking into the cult of the Bloody Tongue and the missing Carlyle Expedition. Before they can enlist the aid of locals, including a powerful mystic, they must prove themselves by stopping a potential agent of the Crawling Chaos, Mr. Corbitt and any other cultists in the city. Corbitt owns a mansion connected to evil, but what lurks in the basement will horrify even the most jaded of investigators. Can the team purge the evil hiding in the darkness?

Melissa took the reins as GM for the first time and used the Trail of Cthulhu rules to run an Agatha Christie style mystery. Stability was replaced with sensibility - act out of character for a proper English person and risk losing sensibility! At any rate, a young woman has been murdered at Brighton Lodge and all of the guests are confined to the resort until the police can finish their investigation.  A group of curious guests band together to find the real killer, because the arrested suspect is clearly not the real murderer. Can you figure out who the culprit is?

The Firewall team has been captured and sent to a secret lab and prsion run by the Ultimates. The lab is now run by Loren Kristol, or at least a being that claims to be Loren. As new inmates, the team must find a way to survive and complete the mission. Between vicious prisoners, deadly Ultimate guards, and experimental weapon technology, how can they possibly pull this mission off?

The team bypasses Cairo altogether to head straight for the source! Many clues point to Kenya as the possible epicenter of the conspiracy. The Carlyle Expedition did disappear there, after all. Before the investigators can pick up the trail in Nairobi, they must first pass through the port city of Mombasa. The cults of the Crawling Chaos are now on the lookout for them, so travel will be more difficult. What strategy will they use to defeat the cultists? What other dangers lie in wait for them? Between sorcerous assassins, cut throat gangs, and the political machinations of wizard guilds, can a group of misfit adventurers unravel a dark conspiracy that threatens the entire city? A short distance down the coast from the mighty city of Horizon, the town of Eldolan has its own problems. Students of the town’s three rival wizard schools constantly feud and create trouble for the town guard, the Silver Shields, who must clean up the wizards’ messes. The Council of Mages—who truly rule the town—involve themselves with stints of political one-upmanship that keeps any true political progress from moving forward. And rumors of people going missing have been on the rise, keeping the common folk close to the magically lighted streets when they go out at night. But a darkness has been growing in Eldolan, and those who seek old power have set plans in motion to remind everyone what true fear is. The Ultimates chapter begins! The Firewall agents have tracked Loren Kristol to Xiphos, the home of the Ultimates.Fortunately, they have a way to infiltrate the secure facility by posing a new Ultimate recruits during the annual Olympic festival. Thousands of Ultimates travel to Xiphos to compete and celebrate. During the festivities, the team has a chance to learn what Kristol got from the Ultimates and where he is. Of course, they must remain undercover and that means they must compete in the Olympics. The festival has many games and contests, including highly unorthodox ones, including a deadly tea party.

The investigators decide to leave London for a spell and investigate a lead in the English countryside. Jackson Elias looked into strange deaths on the moors. The authorities believe the deaths to be simple animal killings, but no mere animal could inflict this kind of carnage. The Vane family, a minor aristocratic clan that lives in a castle, may somehow be connected to the case. You know what they say about exploring the moors at night, but what investigator can stay away?

The Play's the Thing is an indie RPG about retelling Shakespearean plays as a collaborative effort between players. Caleb ran a session of it, using Macbeth as the play. We had a full group of players as we entered the Scottish moors, waiting for news on the war. Also, Inverness is a bouncy castle. There's not much else to say, is there? The Firewall team has cornered their target, Loren Kristol, but they must catch him while Extropia descends into chaos! A powerful hacker is waging war against Nomic, the legal AGI, and the entire habitat is now a battlefield between confused citizens, hacked security bots, and paranoid mercenaries. Meanwhile, Loren Kristol has revealed himself and is on his way to escape with a number of Iktomi/hybrid morphs in his possession. The team must find and stop him before he gets away. The investigators have learned quite a bit about the cultists in London, but the cultists have learned about the investigators as well. Now the team must figure out a way to fight back without being overwhelmed by the sheer number of fanatical assassins and sorcerers pitted against them. Enlisting friends as allies in the investigation entails its own risks and one can only defy luck for so long. Mystical artifacts, cunning plans, and a deadly battle in the streets of London are only a prelude for the battles to come!

This is the thing that troubles me, for I cannot forget Carcosa, where black stars hang in the heavens, where the shadows of men's thoughts lengthen in the afternoon, when the twin suns sink into the Lake of Hali, and my mind will bear forever the memory of the Pallid Mask. I pray God will curse the writer, as the writer has cursed the world with this beautiful, stupendous creation, terrible in its simplicity, irresistible in its truth -- a world which now trembles before the King in Yellow. Aspen the async uplift returns to the investigation! She quickly thinks up a scheme to steal the data from the Ultimates. It involves kidnapping, body switching, and powerful drugs. There's also the small matter of alien hybrid morphs being built and sold to wealthy clients. The investigation into Loren Kristol continues in Extropia. Data recovered from the Titanian Commonwealth investigation pointed to a meeting between Loren and the Ultimates that took place on Extropia. The Firewall team must now find out what the meeting was about and where Loren went. First, they must adjust to culture of Extropia. Between micro-torts and the relentless nature of anarcho-capitalism, can the team successfully pursue their investigation without alerting the Ultimates or Kristol?

After fleeing the United States, the investigators have arrived in London! Jackson Elias pursued many leads while he stayed in the UK, so the team has their work cut out for them. Among the leads are the Penhew Foundation, which participated in the Carlyle Expedition and Miles Shipley, an infamous painter with a strange reputation.Interviewing Miles is a far more dangerous task than the investigators realize for reasons they won't suspect. The forces of the mythos are far more pervasive than the investigators ever realized, but have they learned it too late?

The investigation of Flight 0237 has taken a turn for the weird. The FBI team has uncovered evidence of a supernatural conspiracy and it all points to a chemical plant near the crash site. After enlisting strange allies, the team must close in on the plant and stop the conspiracy before it's too late. Are firearms and quick wits enough to fight a threat derived from cosmic power? Find out in the thrilling conclusion of this scenario!

A group of FBI agents is sent to investigate a strange crime - the apparent hijacking of a cargo plane in mid-flight. The flight resulted in a mid-air collision with another plane. The flight recorder showed that someone other than the pilots was in the plane. The plane crashed in the wilderness of North Dakota, during winter. Something far darker than agents can imagine is behind the crash. The answers lie in the desolate plains. (Part two will be posted next - this was a bit too long to post as a single AP).

The Jovian Republic chapter comes to an end! With the Exhuman terror cell broken, the Firewall team must do what it can to keep the population safe as as other Firewall agents attempt a silent coup d'etat. Riots break out across the habitat, the remaining exhumans attempt to pull off the Fall 2.0, and paranoid security agents are gunning down every threat they can find. Will the team survive? Will the Jovian Republic survive? Find out in this thrilling chapter conclusion! (Please note that there are some problems with the audio in a few places in this AP.
