Tourist Sauce, Season 5 is coming! With our new season set to air on Tuesday, January 28, we present the accompanying podcast, detailing our road trip through North and South Carolina from late last year. We take you through the format of the new season, as well as detailed debriefs from Secession, Kiawah, True Blue/Caledonia, the Myrtle Beach Putt-Putt Scene, and the Wilmington Municipal Golf Course. Hall of Famer Lanny Wadkins joins us to talk about his decorated career, the 1977 PGA Championship, some Ryder Cup stories, being let go by CBS, broadcasting, and so much more. We also discuss the evolution of technology in golf, the harrowing 1979 Players Championship at Sawgrass Country Club, Arnold Palmer, and what it was like being a young professional in the 1970's. At the Altus Performance Center at Trinity Forest, we tracked down Cameron McCormick and Corey Lundberg to discuss the golf swing, how they teach it, Cameron's first time meeting Jordan Spieth, how close Jordan is to being back, how they relay information to their professionals, and so much more. We've really enjoyed working with these guys over the last year, and pumped to get the chance to pick their brains. Thanks to both Cameron and Corey for the time. 

The chaos is here! 2020 starts with a bang as JT edges out Xander and Reed in a playoff as Reed gets heckled, the wind blows, and it got darker than our cameras made it look. The mega episode! We recorded a full Presidents Cup preview last week, but recorded an extra (emergency) portion regarding Patrick Reed's rules incident at the Hero World Challenge. We discuss how the PGA Tour reacted to it, whether or not the "cheat" word applies, and everything else around a really sticky situation. We then gauge our excitement for the Presidents Cup (23:00), go through some trivia, and answer listener questions. Lastly, we chat with Royal Melbourne member Matthew Mollica (1:21:00) to discuss the historic course and what to expect from it this week.

Simon Holt has actually done, and he's here to tell us about traveling to the ends of the Earth to become the first Brit to play the Top 100 golf courses in the world. He explains to us how he got on all of the courses, his personal rankings, how the Golf Magazine Top 100 comes together, courses he believe should be on the list, and a ton more. 

Harry Higgs joins us to discuss his rookie year on the PGA Tour, competing for the title in Bermuda, and his fast rise from the PGA Tour LatinoAmerica to the big leagues. He discusses what changed in his game, swing feels, making fake grudges against players to motivate himself, and so much more. Harry is gonna be an extremely popular player on tour. 

Tyler Duncan wins the RSM, and we wrap up the Fall Series discussing the amazing Brendon Todd Run, the conclusion of the LPGA season, Jon Rahm's win in Dubai, the Presidents Cup, and a lot more. 

From the deepest depths of the wilderness, to getting into Korn Ferry Finals, to earning a Tour card, to winning on the PGA Tour, and winning AGAIN on the PGA Tour, Brendon Todd breaks down the ups and downs of his last five years. From developing a severe yip, hitting it off the planet, nearly getting into the pizza business, and everything he did to figure it out, this one is a wild ride. His perspective on this is incredible, and we're super appreciative of his time and willingness to get it all on record. The outcome is one of my favorite episodes we've ever done. 

Billy Andrade joins to chat about transitioning out of golf, into media, and back into golf on the Champions Tour, staying at Larry David's house, the dramatic first meeting he had with Joe Pesci, and a ton more. We thoroughly enjoyed this run of conversations with some of the most interesting guys on the PGA Tour Champions, and look forward to doing many more of these in the future. 

Paul Goydos and Kevin Sutherland join the pod to discuss their transitions from the PGA Tour to competing on the Champions Tour, shooting 59 in a competitive round, course setups, getting fined and a wide variety of other topics. 

Monty joins the podcast to talk about life on the Champions Tour, his relationship with the US and how that has evolved over the years, dealing with hecklers, regrets he has in how he had done things in the past, and a lot more.
