In God's plans for Israel, we find much encouragement and insight into how God works in our lives in His way and His timing.

In this study, we'll pause for a moment to look at where Jesus is, in His life and mission, at the end of Matthew 26. We're going to look back and look ahead. And in all this looking, we are going to see the incredible hope that is available to every  person who places their faith in Jesus. It's a hope that we desperately need today because of the darkness that we too face in this life.

Jesus is betrayed by Judas, and arrested in the Garden of Gethsemane. He is then taken to the house of Annas, who sends Him on to the house of Caiaphas (the acting high priest), who has summoned the Jewish religious leaders for illegal night trial of Jesus...

It’s an emotional scene. Jesus is on His face in the Garden of Gethsemane. He is hours away from His upcoming crucifixion, and He is praying to His heavenly Father, begging Him for a way to circumvent the cross. In this one verse, we get a glimpse into the most passionate love that exists - the love between the Son and the Father. And in this message, we will learn how we can experience this kind of love in our lives too.

Jesus leads His Disciples into the Garden of Gethsemane on the night He will be betrayed, where we see His Disciples fail Him in His hour of need. And we'll come face-to-face with the reality that we fail Jesus too. But there's good news in our Saviour's response to our failures...

Throughout the 4 Gospels, Jesus constantly makes shocking and awesome statements. When we hear Jesus’ words repeatedly, we can easily grow numb to just how scandalous some of His statements are. His words can begin to sound almost normal to us. But His Words are anything but normal, and we'll look at an example in this message that takes place during the Last Supper, the night before Jesus is crucified.

There are places in the Bible that give us a sneak peek into the life of Jesus and allow us to see the various ways He interacted with people. When given this kind of access, we would do well to pause and observe what God is really like. Be careful, though - if you spend enough time looking at the Saviour, you just might end up having your life changed forever!

In the midst of COVID-19 and a world increasingly spinning out of control, hope and peace are found in remembering what we still need most.

Almost every aspect of the year 2020 has been negatively affected by the Corona virus. It has impacted our heath, economy, politics, education, and various religious practices. It has even altered the way we enjoy some of our favourite Christmas traditions due to the social distancing and health restrictions that have been put in place. Almost everything has been touched by COVID-19 this year.   But do you know one thing that a virus can never touch? It can’t touch the true meaning of Christmas. In this short Christmas message, we will be reminded of the untouchable, unshakable, unchangeable heart of what Christmas really is. 

Why did Judas betray the Son of God for 30 pieces of silver? For the same reason that some people today spend a portion of their life following Jesus, then come to a point where they too decide it’s not worth following Him anymore. In this message we will explore what lies at the heart of a decision to give up on Jesus – and what Christians can do to make sure we never “pull a Judas” at some point down the road in our own life.

One woman’s extravagant display of affection shows us what love toward God and others really looks like. And we are reminded once again that nobody loves us like God does.

In these 5 verses, Jesus tells His disciples that in just two days He will be killed. And He was killed - just as He said He would be. In fact, everything that God says will happen ends up happening exactly as He declared. And in this message we'll learn how we can build our lives on that kind of certainty.

God's civil laws in the Book of the Covenant address topics such as pre-marital sex, marriage, social justice, and doing the right thing even when everybody else is doing the wrong thing.

Through the Book of the Covenant, God continues to reveal His character and values, including principles like restitution and community responsibility.

Continuing through the Book of Covenant, we come across the issue of restitution and the difficult subject of abortion...

As the Book of the Covenant moves to deal with 4 capital offences, we gain some profound insights into things God cares deeply about.
