He has been in private practice for over 36 years in Hamlin, NY. Donald Chi is Professor of Oral Health Sciences and the Lloyd and Kay Chapman Endowed Chair for Oral Health at the University of Washington School of Dentistry. He is also Associate Chair for Research in the Department of Health Services at the UW School of Public Health. His research focuses on understanding and addressing children’s oral health inequalities. He is a William T. Grant Foundation Scholar and was a Fellow at the Center for Advanced Studies in the Behavioral Sciences at Stanford University. Dr. Chi has published over 100 peer-reviewed manuscripts. He is Chair of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry’s Council on Scientific Affairs. He teaches public health and clinical dentistry, and maintains an active dental practice treating patients at the Odessa Brown Children's Clinic in Seattle.

Gordon J. Christensen is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Practical Clinical Courses (PCC), Chief Executive Officer of Clinicians Report Foundation (CR), and a Practicing Prosthodontist in Provo, Utah. Gordon and Dr. Rella Christensen are co-founders of the non-profit CLINICIANS REPORT FOUNDATION (previously named CRA). Currently, Dr. Rella Christensen is the Director of the TRAC Research Division of the CR Foundation. Since 1976, they have conducted research in all areas of dentistry and published the findings to the profession in the well-known CRA Newsletter now called CLINICIANS REPORT.

Eric comes from a long line of dentists – His father was a Pediatric Dentist and his Uncle is an Endodontist. He’s a dual citizen (Canadian – American), living in Chicago. graduated from the University of Toronto in 1989, did a GPR then moved to Chicago and Trained in Oral Surgery at Northwestern Dental School. He was an assistant professor at Northwestern and then became the Director of Oral Surgery at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Dr Stefano Troiani was born in Tuscany and graduated in Dentistry from the University of Rome. After graduation, he opened his first dental practice in Rome. After 4 years, he sold his practice to finance his orthodontic postgraduate education at the Department of Orthodontics of the Royal Dental College of Aarhus, Denmark under Professor Birte Melsen. Dr Troiani is KOL for GC orthodontics and has held courses and lectures in over 30 countries in the last 10 years. Recently, he has started the GET project with the aim to provide open-minded, up-to-date and honest orthodontic education. GET project already has local speakers in 12 countries and 13 new countries are going to be add in 2020. Dawn Kulongowski, DDS is the owner and sole practitioner of a dental practice in Michigan, where she lives with her husband, daughter and 2 dogs. Dr. Croft was Utah's first American Dental Board of Anesthesia Diplomate and specialist in dental anesthesiology. Before earning his DDS at the Stony Brook School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Croft graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Utah. He completed a hospital-based, CODA-accredited, residency in Dental Anesthesiology at the Stony Brook University Medical Center and is licensed to provide all levels of sedation/anesthesia. He also is leading the charge in pushing educational offerings and standards in pain and anxiety management into the 21st century by heading a joint effort by the AGD and the ASDA to create a national, top-to-bottom curriculum and course offerings in all things pain and anxiety management. He is also Director at Large for the American Society of Dentist Anesthesiologists and the Dean of the Institute for the Management of Pain and Anxiety, also known as “The IMPA."

Dr. Delrose is a graduate of Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry. He then finished a Fellowship in Prosthetics before joining the U.S. Navy. His last duty in the Navy was as the branch Prosthodontist. He joined North River Dental, a private dental practice in Ellenton, in 1997. In 2017, he received his Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Delrose is a member of the ADA, FDA, WCDA, MDA, AACD, FACD, ISCD, CAI, ICOI, AAID and the ACCD (Academy of CAD/CAM Dentistry), of which he was past president. Rod practices in Irvine, California.  He graduated magna cum laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry in 1978, and completed a GP residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Rod is an exciting and effective international lecturer and author of five popular clinical and dental marketing books. Paul graduated from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, in 2019. He went on to a general practice residency at Coler-Goldwater Specialty Hospital, developing proficiency around medical and cognitive special needs, as well as a true appreciation for challenges facing institutional patients and providers. While training at Bellevue Hospital, his pursuit of comprehensive treatment planning and complex prosthetic rehabilitation continued, particularly with planning, placement and restoration of dental implants. Paul counts himself fortunate to be in a prosthodontic specialty residency based in daily mentored clinical practice at Monte Medical Center in the Bronx.
