Dr. Spencer Zaugg received his bachelor degrees in chemistry and microbiology at Weber State University then earned his doctorate in dental medicine at Southern Illinois University. Following dental school, he completed a 1 year full-time fellowship in implant dentistry at SIUE- SDM. He attends several continuing education courses a year as well as lectures on implants. He is a Kois graduate and has earned several degrees, certificates and awards. The education, experience and skill set that Dr. Zaugg has allows him to provide good solid dentistry, which he has great passion!

Sally McKenzie is President and CEO of McKenzie Management, a nationwide dental practice management company which Sally founded in Columbus, Ohio in 1979. Prior to founding McKenzie Management, she was an Expanded Duty Dental Auxiliary and Business manager and Instructor of Dental Auxiliary Utilization with the Ohio State University College of Dentistry and Columbus Public Schools. She is also the owner of The Dentist’s Network electronic publication founded in 2006. Prior to founding McKenzie Management, she started one of the nation’s first Dental Personnel placement businesses with four franchises in Ohio and started 75 agencies throughout the U. S. In 2009 to 2018 she was also the publisher and owner of The New Dentist magazine. Sally has lectured through the U. S. and internationally to the nation’s top meetings, state associations, dental universities, regional dental societies and study clubs.

Keli Tointigh began her career in dentistry following a decade of retail service where she was a general manager for the department store, Stein Mart. She graduated from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1999. She then obtained a Master’s degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Keli is married to John Tointigh (21 years) and they have 5 children, Gehrig (18), Boston (15), Maris (10), Nolan (5) and Caroline (3). Keli and John work together on many projects whether it is for Blackhorse Marketing or 406 Resources. They spend all their free time at a baseball field somewhere. With 15 years of experience advertising and marketing medical practices, John has made a career of working with offices to target the right demographic, utilizing a quality message and medium, increasing quality phone calls, which can then be converted into new patients.

Twenty years ago, while still in college, Bryan Currier started Advantage Technologies from his parents’ basement. From those humble beginnings, he’s now grown his company to include 85+ employees and over 800 customers that Advantage Technologies serves daily. Jenn Rhoades is the CEO & Co-Founder of Smile Virtual. Born and raised in San Diego where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from National University. She has over 20 years of experience in Marketing, 10 of those being in the dental industry. Back in 2012 she joined the team at Harris Dental in Phoenix, Arizona and became their Marketing Director. She helped grow their practice and expand it into multiple locations. After years of working with Dr. Brain Harris and collaborating on innovative ways to attract and convert ideal patients, they came up with the idea of virtual consults. Dr. Robert James Bray attended the University of Maryland School of Dentistry where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. Dr. Bray went on to obtain his Certificate of Orthodontics at the Eastman Dental Center in Rochester, New York, completing his M.S at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry with a major course in genetics. An active member of the community, Dr. Bray has served on Shore Medical Center’s, Howard S. Stainton Society and Shore Tomorrow fundraising campaigns for over 16 years. Dr. Bray is the current C.E.O of the Schulman Study Group and AAO Foundation National Planned Giving Chair. He has served on the Brigantine Board of Education, including working as the president of the Board for eleven years. Dr. Kwang-Bum Park graduated from dental college of Kyungpook National University in 1985 and received his PhD degree in 1995 with the thesis about ‘the periodontal regeneration’. In 1993, he started seminars for private dentists to teach clinical periodontics and implant dentistry. Until now, more than 1,500 dentists completed this course in Korea. From 2000 to 2001, he went to the department of periodontics, school of dentistry, UCLA as a visiting scholar. Both of her parents were dentists and she grew up filing, sterilizing, mowing the lawn and answering phones at her parents' practice in the Twin Cities metro area. In the early ’90s, Frank Hammes joined the family business. After promoting an after-market cabin air filter the company had developed for Mercedes-Benz automobiles, Frank Hammes turned his attention to portable room air cleaners. Dissatisfied with existing products, he set out to build a line of portable air purifiers with medical grade air cleaning performance. Frank Hammes and a small team of Swiss and German engineers worked for four years on the project. In the spring of 1998, IQAir shipped its first HealthPro air purifier from its Swiss factory. IQAir air purifiers were initially available only in Europe and Asia, but became available in the United States in 2000. 

After three years as an IT consultant at Accenture, Rick Cohen joined Benco in 1994 to create Painless, the industry’s first windows-based e-commerce software.
