The Title refers to bodybuilders and the dedication they put into their bodies! ...or does it?  In this episode the guys discuss a 30 Day Challenge beginning in January where Courtney proposes 100 squats a day....while Cole drops the mic and goes home and dedicates his life to eating ALL the Meats!  Ginger is somewhere in the middle.  We also cover whether you're an introvert or extrovert and play a few more clips from Lovesick which once again keeps us talking. Sometimes about the show, even! 

Where is the strangest place Ginger, Cole and Courtney have had sex?  Have you ever had to have the "What are your intentions with my daughter?" conversation? We tell our stories! These are a few conversations we happen upon as we review Lovesick season 1 from Netflix!  We play clips and delve into the characters and some of our favorite scenes from the first season and get side tracked telling stories from our own lives!  It doesn't end here though. Some we had growing up....like Neighbor Cole's drunk father "accidentally" tipping the tree over every year and how his Mom would cry and get unconsoled over broken family tree ornaments. Sounds like Christmas huh?  New traditions like taking the kids to Chicago and getting Room Service just like Kevin did in Home Alone 2.  We talk the new Ready Player One and all of it's easter egg glory... and discover that Detroit had a new Ready Player One pop up bar that we are encouraging all of our listeners to meet us at in the new year!
