    In 1995, Tulsa native, Tod Hammock, started the arena cross series as a part-time venture (while working as a Kawasaki sales rep full time) then going full time in 2005. The series, now known as the Kicker Arena cross, has grown into the largest series in the genre. In 2018 Hammock started the process of finding a media company to produce a show and cover the events. “We looked at multiple outlets and came to an agreement with Fox Sports 2. We felt it would be the perfect fit.”

    Trevor Stewart had a great year for JCR/Honda, clinching the 2018 AMA BIG 6 WCGP Championship. Stewart, again racing for JCR/Honda, finished in second place of the 2019 SoCal GP in the AMA District 37 Gran Prix which occurred January 18, 2019. The next event will be February 9, 2019 at Honolulu Hills Raceway in Taft, CA.

    Tristan Avery competed at the professional level in flat track in 2015. Avery finished the 2018 AFT Singles in 10th place in the standings, finishing first at the Sacramento Mile. For 2019, Avery will be racing for Waters Auto body Racing once again in the AFT Singles class. Waters Auto body will be outfitting Avery with a 2019 KTM 450SX-F race machine.

    The oldest brother of the Hayden family of racers will join Estenson Racing Team in the American Flat Track. He has joined the team as Director of Racing Operations, overseeing a five-rider team and dealing with sponsorship development and marketing. During his racing career, Tommy Hayden won two AMA Supersport Championships (2004-2005) and claimed 34 wins in the U.S. National road racing championship (now MotoAmerica) -- eight of which were in Superbike.

The broadcast schedule is still being finalized but the series will follow the Open and Pro 250 races in select cities, and provide in-depth analysis and race highlights.

    2018 saw Ben Lamay finish the Lucas Oil Motocross Championship in 15th place overall. Lamay returned to Supercross in 2018 after a stint racing Arenacross. The Alaska native is currently competing in the Monster Energy Supercross where he is currently 18th overall in the standings. The next Supercross round takes place January 26th in Oakland, CA.
